How do I place an order?
Visit our website, choose a product, select “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Be Sunflower operates exclusively online.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 5–12 business days
Tracking is sent by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and sometimes Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. We only accept online payments.
Can I change my order or address?
Yes, but only before the order is processed.
For urgent changes, email contact@besunflower.com immediately.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No. To purchase additional items, please place a new order.
Where do the products ship from?
From international logistics centers located in the U.S.
What is your return and exchange policy?
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, visible damages (scratches, cracks, missing parts) must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery (we’re not able to accept reports filed after this timeframe). Please get in touch with our team by the e-mail contact@besunflower.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

On these e-mail, you should:
Provide a brief description of the problem.
Send 5 photos or videos of the product (accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB)), and
Choose either Request refund or Request reprint, depending on your preferred solution.

What if my order is delayed?
